Get a CHRVA membership

CHRVA is the regional branch of USA Volleyball. Players must show proof of an active CHRVA Junior Membership at tryouts.
- Limited Membership (valid 10 days): $25
- Annual Junior Membership: $60

Bring a completed USAV Medical Release Form

Print it, fill it out, and bring it to tryouts. Copies will also be available at the gym.
